Только одного не пойму .... Как получить рамку похожую на стекло ( я про обводку юба ) Много раз видел но не получалось..

ааа...эт ни сложней чем обычную)
делаешь на новом слое 2ух пиксельную рамку..белого цвета...и режим смешивания слоя ставишь на перекрытие (overley)
ну а потом создаешь новый слой поверх неё и на нем уже делаешь обычную 1 пиксельную...режим нормальный ставишь
