опять же:

1) отсутствуют косые полосы (хотя они необязательны)
2) шрифт должен быть обязательно Visitor (TT1(10 кегль), TT2 (13 кегль), -BRK- (10 кегль)).
3) Рисунок должен быть качественный (у тебя - размытый).

больше ничего сказать не могу. Старайтесь, батенька))) Даже из ОБЫЧНОГО пайнта можно выжать вполне приличный юзербар, а у тя он НЕобычный)
